Job Duties
- Clean, sanitize, dry patient, retail, and production dishes, utensils, pots and pans according to approved processes
- Assist in emptying trash bins throughout the department and remove trash at the end of each shift including breaking down cardboard and properly using cardboard bailer
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work station
- Complete all cleaning duties per the master cleaning schedule or as assigned
- Monitor supply volumes and inform supervisors when supplies are getting low or equipment is not working properly
- Assist with soiled tray removal from patient rooms and designated soiled utility closets
- Follow and implement HACCP guidelines and comply with regulatory agency requirements
