We are currently seeking a Sanitation Technician for the evening shift to join our dedicated production team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of bakery equipment and facility areas through thorough cleaning, washing, rinsing, and sanitizing procedures. This position is critical to ensuring the safety and hygiene of all production operations, helping prevent contamination and adhering to food safety regulations. The role demands strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and an ability to work comfortably in hot, damp, and sometimes confined conditions using specialized chemicals and sanitation equipment. Availability during evening hours from Tuesday to Friday, as well as Saturdays, is required, with occasional Sunday shifts based on operational needs. At a competitive pay rate of $20 per hour, this position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, essential production environment. Safety adherence and following the Master Cleaning Schedule are pivotal to this role's success, alongside accurate documentation and communication with supervisors.
