Sanitation Technicians are responsible for upholding cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) cleanliness standards across equipment, tools, parts, and work areas.

This job calls for meticulous attention to detail and strict adherence to scheduled hygiene tasks which vary hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Sanitation Technicians must proficiently use cleaning chemicals and master the disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of various production equipment, such as pumps, tanks, kettles, mixers, forming machines, ovens, and metal detectors. The role also involves active participation in daily production alignment meetings to understand how individual contributions impact overall team objectives.

Efficiency and safety are paramount in the sanitation role. Technicians must maintain work areas that meet cGMP standards and comply with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), Master Sanitation Schedules, and Batch Production Records.
