Starting pay ranges from $12 to $18 per hour based on experience, plus a $1.00 per hour shift differential, making it a financially competitive opportunity.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of production areas, adhering to strict USDA and HACCP guidelines, and supporting the overall manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will be attentive to detail, safety-oriented, and capable of working well in a team environment. This position demands physical activity such as standing, stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
