Job Requirements

Must be able to lift 50 pounds
standing or walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day
hand use including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
work requires bending, twisting, squatting and reaching
exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
exposure to temperatures ranging from below 32 degrees Fahrenheit to above 90 degrees Fahrenheit
ability to work in a wet and cold environment
ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
ability to use tools and equipment including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery

Job Qualifications

No prior retail experience required
ability to handle unpleasant tasks with a positive attitude
demonstrates concern for the overall appearance of the store

demonstrates a passion for cleanliness

Job Duties

Provide excellent maintenance service
perform all duties on the daily and weekly maintenance lists
support all teams with cleaning projects
perform minor repairs and improvements
participate in ordering supplies required for store maintenance
help with cleaning emergencies
help maintain the store's landscaping and parking lot
perform continual cleaning of all store departments
arrive to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
work all scheduled shifts and attend required trainings and meetings
immediately report safety hazards and violations
perform other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership
