The role we are offering is for a Maintenance Team Member responsible for upholding cleanliness, safety, and overall maintenance throughout the store. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring a safe, welcoming, and clean shopping environment for customers and a positive workspace for team members. Tasks involve general cleaning duties that cover the sales floor, seating areas, restrooms, and back offices. This position requires adherence to company standards and operating procedures and involves substantial teamwork and cooperation with other staff members. While prior retail experience is not necessary, physical capabilities like lifting up to 50 pounds and the ability to perform repetitive motions such as bending, twisting, and squatting are essential.

Compensation for this role ranges from $18.00 to $25.40 per hour, commensurate with experience.
