Although prior retail experience is not required, candidates must be physically capable of performing lifting tasks of up to 50 pounds and able to stand or walk for extended periods during a shift, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role also involves working with FDA-approved cleaning chemicals and operating tools and equipment such as box cutters and electric pallet jacks.
This position is hourly paid, with a wage range of $22.00 to $29.73, which is commensurate with experience. Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- standing or walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour workday
- hand use including single grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- ability to perform bending, twisting, squatting and reaching motions
- exposure to FDA approved cleaning chemicals
- ability to work in wet and cold environment
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to use tools and equipment including box cutters, electric pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery

- arrives to work station on time, appropriately groomed, dressed and ready to work
- works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings
- immediately reports safety hazards and violations
- performs other duties as assigned by store, regional, or national leadership
