Job Requirements
- Ability to push, pull, and carry up to 75 lbs. repeatedly
- Ability to stand on hard surface for up to 10 hours per day
- Must work in cold/hot temperatures ranging 45-75 degrees
- Repetitive bending, reaching, squatting, gripping, pushing, and pulling
- Must be able to reach high and low levels, frequently
- Ability to climb step ladders and or stairs
- Must be able to work overtime and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in industrial cleaning or food production cleaning roles
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation procedures relevant to food manufacturing
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive physical tasks
- Good communication skills and willingness to adhere to company policies
Job Duties
- Clean assigned area and equipment in safe and efficient manner using high pressure hoses
- Use chemical cleaners to foam and clean all areas of production
- Follow all necessary procedures to meet USDA and quality control regulations
- Properly wear all required personal protective equipment, hearing protection, and footwear
- Work overtime and weekends as needed
- Climb step ladders and stairs to reach high and low levels
- Maintain cleanliness standards to support food safety and company policies
