The role of the Sanitation 3rd Shift Sanitor is essential within the production process at JBS USA, particularly at the Memphis site. This hourly position starts at $19.25 per hour, inclusive of a shift differential, with potential for wage increases based on performance and tenure. The primary responsibility is to maintain hygienic conditions by cleaning and sanitizing machinery and floors in a production line setting, ensuring compliance with food safety standards and company regulations.

As a 3rd Shift Sanitor, employees will be hands-on in high-speed environments, frequently lifting up to 50 pounds and operating heavy equipment to carry out cleaning duties efficiently. The role requires setting up, stocking, and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies, as well as monitoring assigned areas to maintain sanitation and organization. Team members must strictly follow safety protocols, especially concerning the handling and mixing of chemicals.
