Job Requirements
- High school or equivalent
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable vehicle and ability to carpool
- Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for long periods
- Ability to handle household chemicals safely
- Ability to reliably commute to various locations
- Effective English communication skills
- Willingness to work varied shifts including day shifts and occasional weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write and communicate professionally in English
- Experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Proactive and dependable work ethic
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to receive training and develop professional skills
Job Duties
- Deep cleaning vacant residential homes, apartments, etc
- Hoarding/trash out cleaning
- Organizing supplies and inventory duties
- Cleaning common areas in office, apartments, buildings, etc
- Working in client rooms providing individual services
- Working outside, grounds keeping/garbage clean up
- Cleaning up animal feces
