In this position, you will be responsible for producing high-quality sandwiches, wraps, and gluten-free pizzas using fresh and premium ingredients. Your ability to follow recipes accurately and utilize safe food handling and sanitation procedures will be crucial. You will play an essential role in ensuring that our food products are consistently attractive and delicious. Additionally, the role requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift items weighing up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally. Holding a current Oregon food handlers card is mandatory, underscoring our commitment to food safety and compliance.

Job Duties
- Produce high quality sandwiches and wraps with great products and keep shelves full
- Produce gluten free pizzas with excellent toppings, sauces and cheeses
- Use appropriate techniques to achieve high quality products
- Able to follow recipes and produce consistent, visually enticing items
- Plan your day so needed items and tasks are completed efficiently, timely, while still being flexible to change if needed
- Know and follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Safe knife skills
