Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass sandwich tests within the first two weeks
- Physical stamina to work 30-40 hours per week including standing, walking, sitting, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as required by business needs
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards consistently
- Must be willing to work flexible shifts and possibly multiple locations
- Must adhere to dress code and maintain a professional appearance
- Must be able to operate cash registers and handle payments accurately
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use basic math including addition, subtraction, and basic fractions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor
- Ability to follow recipes, portion sizes, and operational procedures accurately
- Prior experience in food service is a plus but not required
- Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced team environment
- Reliable and punctual work ethic
- Ability to learn and pass sandwich tests within the first two weeks
Job Duties
- Execute genuine greetings and farewells, take orders, operate the cash register, collect payments from customers, and other cash handling duties
- Make fast, accurate, and consistent sandwiches
- Comply with all portion sizes, recipes, systems, and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including tables, floors, windows, beverage station, and restrooms
- Take telephone orders and complete delivery tickets
- Fill out systems and procedures with 100% accuracy and integrity
- Always maintain a professional appearance in compliance with the dress code
- Display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
- Perform other related duties as required
