This role is for a Delivery Driver who plays a crucial role in the customer experience by ensuring timely and accurate delivery of sandwiches. Drivers typically earn $25 or more per hour, combining tips, driver maintenance reimbursement (DMR), and an hourly wage. Flexible working hours are available, with shifts as short as 11 am to 2 pm or throughout lunch and dinner. Delivery Drivers are expected to learn efficient routes to expedite delivery, verify orders, and maintain safety while driving. When not on the road, drivers assist in-store with sandwich preparation, taking orders, and cleaning duties, making this a dynamic and interactive job. The role demands excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude to enhance customer satisfaction and increase tipping potential.
