This role offers an exciting opportunity to blend technical expertise with practical production management within a dynamic, small-scale manufacturing setting. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy being actively engaged on the production floor while applying engineering principles to enhance product quality and workflow efficiency. Pearson Electronics provides a stable work environment with competitive compensation based on experience, paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, and benefits such as medical, dental insurance, and a 401(k) retirement plan. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The noise level in the production area is moderate, and the working environment emphasizes cleanliness and organization.
