- valid food handlers card
- responsible beverage service certification
- minimum one year server experience
- ability to lift and move objects up to 40 pounds
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work safely in restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Greet customers
- explain our menu to customers
- grill meats at table
- upsell sides and drinks
- enter food and beverage orders in POS system
- transport food and beverage safely
- set up and break down dining areas
- sanitize, refill and stock service areas
- process payments
- other duties as assigned
