The role of Server/Bartender (Banquet & Event) at The Party Staff, Inc. is a dynamic and flexible position designed for hospitality professionals who bring strong bar skills coupled with excellent guest service abilities. Candidates must be comfortable performing duties both as a bartender with full bar service knowledge and as a server providing banquet-style service. Responsibilities include crafting classic cocktails, serving beer and wine, assisting with buffet setups, tray passing, and ensuring a polished guest experience with attention to detail.
