Job Requirements
- Food handler card
- Ability to stand, climb, balance, bend and kneel for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift or move objects up to 50 pounds
- Ability to keep up with a high volume of tasks
- Effective communication skills with coworkers
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Food handler card
- Previous experience in restaurants preferred
- Previous dishwashing experience preferred
- Experience in high-volume work environments preferred
Job Duties
- Wash utensils, pots, grills, plates either by hand or using dishwashers
- Use detergents and disinfectants properly
- Eliminate hazards in the kitchen work area
- Clean and detail kitchen equipment
- Empty and clean trash bins
- Sweep and mop floors
- Disinfect walls
- Scrape and scrub stove rings
- Soak the dishwashing tank
- Recycle cardboard
- Perform other assigned tasks
