We are currently seeking an Assistant Waitstaff who will be instrumental in ensuring the dining space is tidy, organized, and ready to provide a pleasant experience for our patrons.

The role of the Assistant Waitstaff is vital in the smooth operation of our restaurant. This position involves clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and the dining area to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate will perform duties such as organizing dirty dishes, using cart equipment to transport items efficiently, and restocking necessary supplies. Additionally, this role requires maintaining the bus station, sweeping, mopping, taking out the trash, assembling and dismantling setups, and performing other assigned tasks. Maintaining a polite and friendly demeanor with customers is essential to represent our company’s commitment to excellent service.

This position does not require prior experience, though preference is given to candidates with customer service experience or prior busser and restaurant work. The successful candidate must possess the ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds and have effective communication skills for teamwork. Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays is necessary to meet our operational needs.
