Job Requirements
- Minimum age 18
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or 6+ months related experience or training
- Completion of company orientation and training programs
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced retail environment
- Ability to lift department-specific weight limits
- Availability to work flexible shifts

- Completion of company orientation, food safety, sanitation, and eCommerce training
- Expert knowledge of department production stations and quality standards
- Ability to read and interpret documents and write reports
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Ability to apply common sense and problem-solving in standardized situations
Job Duties
- Serve as backup to Department Manager and work opposite shift to Manager
- Prepare department work schedules
- Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws
- Assist with inventory control and move product
- Train and develop Partners
- Address complaints and resolve issues
- Provide and coach on superior customer service
- Take orders and assist customers with product selection
- Use suggestive selling to meet customer needs and build sales
- Merchandise products effectively
- Slice, package, label, rotate, and cull products
- Comply with operating procedures
- Clean and sanitize department and equipment
- Oversee specific production areas and processes depending on the department
- Assist with ordering, event management, and new system training
- Perform Representative or Specialist duties frequently
