Job Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and written
- Valid Food Handler's Certificate
- 2 years line cooking experience in similar environment
- Fundamental comprehension of operating professional kitchen equipment
- Basic math skills adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing to execute recipes
- Knowledge of and skill in using English measurements in volume and weight
Job Qualifications

- Valid Food Worker Card
- Minimum 1 year experience
- Physically able to stand, walk and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
- No felony conviction
Job Duties
- Knowledgeable, skillful and confident preparation of menu item, special, or special order
- Prepare products for station
- Maintain a sanitary and safe work environment
- Maintain equipment and facility
- Maintain accuracy of all food procedures and product temperatures
- Ensure all recipes specs are followed
