Job Requirements

Ability to effectively communicate in English verbally and written
Valid Food Handler's Certificate
2 years line cooking experience in similar environment
Fundamental comprehension of operating professional kitchen equipment
Basic math skills adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing to execute recipes
Knowledge of and skill in using English measurements in volume and weight

Job Qualifications

2 years line cooking experience in similar environment

18 years of age or older
Valid Food Worker Card
Minimum 1 year experience
Physically able to stand, walk and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time
No felony conviction

Job Duties

Knowledgeable, skillful and confident preparation of menu item, special, or special order
Prepare products for station
Maintain a sanitary and safe work environment
Maintain equipment and facility
Maintain accuracy of all food procedures and product temperatures
Ensure all recipes specs are followed
