Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous sales experience required
- ability to use computer systems
- strong communication skills
- must be personable and friendly
- ability to multitask
- able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- willing to make inbound and outbound calls
- prior experience in a salon or beauty environment preferred

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome clients upon arrival
- manage appointment bookings and cancellations
- process membership sales and promote salon services
- handle customer inquiries via phone and in person
- assist with retail product sales and inventory management
- maintain an organized and clean reception area
- collaborate with salon staff to ensure excellent customer experiences
