Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail
- Must be 21 years or older and meet Virginia ABC requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
- Proficient with point of sale systems or willing to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must maintain a professional demeanor under pressure
Job Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment
- Must be 21 years or older and meet Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control requirements to serve as an ABC manager
- Previous experience with point of sale systems strongly preferred
- Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service
- Ability to multitask with ease
- Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system
- Maintains professional demeanor under pressure
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Promote and sell Drybar retail products
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately
- Assist with membership sales and commissions
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Stand and/or walk for 6-8 hour shifts
