Job Duties

Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
Greet and welcome clients, making them feel valued and comfortable throughout their visit
Manage the daily flow of the salon, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining a high level of efficiency
Offer and prepare a variety of beverages for clients
Handle appointment bookings over the phone and in-person, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Assist clients with appointment changes and address any questions or concerns over the phone
Process client payments and maintain a secure and organized payment system
