Job Duties
- Greet and check in/check out clients with our appointment booking and processing system, Booker
- Learn and maintain expert level knowledge of Sugared + Bronzed airbrush tanning and sugaring services, memberships, and product line
- Perform side tasks including maintaining the front of the house like cleanliness of the lobby and restocking products
- Back of the house maintenance of laundry, disposables and creating a clean work environment
- Answer client questions surrounding the tanning/sugaring process, formula, services offered, and before/aftercare of the clients service
- Responding to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services
