With seven unique venues throughout South Florida, the company specializes in a wide range of events including weddings, social gatherings, corporate events, baby showers, birthdays, bachelorette parties, bat and bar mitzvahs, anniversaries, quinces, sweet sixteens, and more. The role of a full-time on-site Sales/Office Event Coordinator based in Miami, Florida is pivotal to Seduction Ballrooms' mission of making clients' event dreams come true. This position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively develop and maintain a robust network of clients while fostering positive relationships with various vendors. As an integral part of the event planning team, the coordinator will be responsible for managing all the logistical aspects of events, from initial proposal creation to final execution. This includes coordinating event details, managing budgets, overseeing timelines, and ensuring contracts are accurately handled. The coordinator must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to efficiently liaise with clients and vendors, solve problems creatively under high-pressure scenarios, and juggle multiple projects at once.
