Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
availability to work Monday to Friday 2:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
availability to work Saturdays 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on a rotating basis
ability to work in person at San Jose, CA 95111
basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems
ability to stand for extended periods
customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
ability to provide excellent customer service
product knowledge or willingness to learn about nutrition products
effective communication skills
ability to work flexible mid-afternoon to early evening shifts including weekends
previous cashier or sales experience preferred
bilingual Spanish preferred

Job Duties

Ensure excellent customer service and experience through adherence to company guidelines
maintain general product knowledge including promotions
assist in floor moves, merchandising, and store housekeeping
replenish and process products
maintain adequate store supplies
communicate customer problems or complaints to store management
handle consumer transactions and ensure proper processing via POS registers
