Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the US
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- At least one year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate customers
- Ability to work effectively in a high-energy retail environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Demonstrated ability to maintain reliable attendance
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Job Duties
- Thrive in an environment that rewards delivering world-class service and delighting guests
- Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and maintain a welcoming, professional, visible presence at the front desk
- Accurately and efficiently process sales orders while adhering to cash handling protocols
- Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters and maintain thorough documentation of sales transactions
- Address customer concerns independently whenever possible
- Assist in store opening and closing activities including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists
- Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures including participation in bi-annual inventory check
- Meet and exceed sales goals aligned with KPIs and performance standards
- Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management
