The Sales Team Member acts as the primary point of contact when guests enter the store, guiding them through the product selection and purchase process in a friendly and professional manner. Job Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the US
  • At least 18 years old
  • Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Outgoing, friendly and easy to talk to
  • Able to communicate information in a motivating manner

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • At least one year of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

  • Accurately and efficiently process sales orders while adhering to cash handling protocols
  • Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters and maintain thorough documentation of sales transactions
  • Address customer concerns independently whenever possible
  • Assist in store opening and closing activities including cash reconciliation and completion of daily checklists
  • Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures including participation in bi-annual inventory check
  • Meet and exceed sales goals aligned with KPIs and performance standards
  • Complete any additional tasks as assigned by management
