Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event coordination or related customer service roles preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
- Must be able to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements for employment
- Must be able to engage positively with a diverse customer base
- Ability to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
- Must be able to perform administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and completing paperwork
