Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in event coordination or related customer service roles preferred
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, carrying, reaching, and stretching
  • Must be able to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves by ladder
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings
  • Must comply with federal, state, and local legal requirements for employment
  • Must be able to engage positively with a diverse customer base
  • Ability to maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
  • Must be able to perform administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls, and completing paperwork
