Job Requirements
- 2-5 years' experience working in sales support and/or customer service
- strong project management skills
- intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- excellent communication skills
- extreme attention to detail
- high ethical standards
- excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- must be dependable and able to follow instructions
- ability to work from a dedicated space at home
- ability to remain stationary for long periods
- ability to communicate through multiple methods
- ability to operate computers and office equipment

- ability to occasionally stand, move about, reach, bend, or twist
- regular in-office attendance
- ability to travel up to 25%
Job Qualifications
- 2-5 years' experience working in sales support and/or customer service
- strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize workload with multiple competing deadlines
- intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Word, advanced Excel, and PowerPoint
- basic to intermediate understanding of Salesforce preferred
- basic understanding of NetSuite ERP preferred
- excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- extreme attention to detail
- high ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- responds promptly to requests for service and assistance
- understands the need for excellent service to all customers and coworkers
- meets commitments, is punctual, and accepts responsibility for own actions
- treats people with respect and contributes to building a positive team spirit
- must be dependable, able to follow instructions, and respond to management direction
- ability to improve performance through management feedback
Job Duties
- support the sales organization daily
- answer and document sales team calls and assist with field requests for assistance
- respond to sales team and prospective customer emails daily
- update and manage various databases relevant to the sales organization
- use and understand various systems to execute daily tasks
- support Cozzini EDGE events and ad hoc projects
- perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor
