The Sales Support Specialist at Cozzini Bros. plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales organization to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This position is essential for providing frontline assistance to various sales personnel, including Business Development Managers (BDMs), Regional Business Development Managers (RBDMs), National Account Managers (NAMs), Business Development Executives (BDEs), Area Sales Managers (ASMs), and Regional Directors of Sales (RDOS). The role combines tactical execution tasks with the responsibility of being a knowledgeable resource to the sales team, helping them perform their duties effectively.

This position involves managing communications, processing inquiries, updating sales databases, and utilizing company systems to support daily sales activities. Additionally, the Sales Support Specialist will assist with organizing and supporting Cozzini EDGE events and contribute to ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors. This role demands excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel (advanced), and PowerPoint. Familiarity with Salesforce and NetSuite ERP systems is preferred but not mandatory.

The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a dedicated workspace if working from home, exhibit strong project management abilities by prioritizing workloads effectively, and uphold high ethical standards by maintaining confidentiality. Dependability, punctuality, and a positive team spirit are crucial for this role, along with the ability to follow instructions and respond constructively to management feedback. Physical requirements include the ability to remain stationary for extended periods, use computers and office equipment continuously, and travel up to 25%, ensuring in-office attendance when required.

Job Duties

  • support the sales organization daily
