Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Over 1 year automotive sales experience
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience
- Drive to meet personal income goals
- Excellent communication, consultative and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to follow up persistently with customers
- Valid in-state driver’s license and acceptable safe driving record

Job Duties
- Sell new and used vehicles at profit and volume standards
- Provide an exceptional customer experience
- Follow up diligently with customers to build lasting relationships
- Utilize CRM and equity mining tools to generate sales leads
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to facilitate vehicle financing
- Maintain thorough knowledge of AutoNation’s inventory and product offerings
- Meet or exceed established sales and customer service goals
