Currently, D.R. Horton is seeking to fill the position of Sales Representative for its Central Valley region within the Sales and Marketing Department. This role is vital to the company as it directly impacts customer acquisition and the overall client experience. The Sales Representative will manage the entire sales process from initial contact through closing, ensuring that customers receive top-tier service and support in finding and designing their dream homes. The position offers an annual salary of $41,600, complemented by sales commissions, reflecting the company’s commitment to reward high performers.
This is a full-time, onsite position based in the Central Valley area, requiring working five days a week. The Sales Representative is expected to continually source new clients, effectively communicate the value proposition of D.R. Job Requirements
- Associate degree or 2 years related experience
- must have a vehicle, valid driver’s license, and be able to drive in daytime or nighttime
- ability to utilize DRH Sales applications on a smart phone, tablet, or laptop
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral form or via DRH Sales applications
- proficiency with MS Office and email
Job Qualifications
