As a Vacation Sales Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting our vacation ownership programs to a diverse customer base, including patrons visiting Bass Pro Shops. Your primary responsibility will be to greet and engage customers warmly, delivering informative presentations that highlight the value and benefits of vacation ownership. Establishing trust and understanding guests' travel interests are key to tailoring recommendations and offering concierge-style service, including suggestions for local attractions and discounted vacation packages. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills as you build relationships to meet or surpass individual and team sales targets. We prioritize continuous learning and development, so you will participate in ongoing training sessions to hone your sales expertise and stay informed about our latest offerings. The role demands flexibility, as schedules include nights, weekends, and holidays to align with customer availability. Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- successful completion of a criminal background check
- 1 year sales experience is a plus but a positive demeanor and willingness to learn are even more important
- proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests team members and leadership
- comfortable using a computer for everyday tasks
- must be available to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
