The role of Vacation Sales Ambassador is a vital part of our customer engagement strategy. This position requires flexibility, as ambassadors must be available to work varied schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. In this role, you will be the face of our vacation ownership offerings, warmly greeting and engaging with customers to introduce exciting vacation ownership opportunities. Delivering friendly and informative presentations, you will highlight the many benefits of vacation ownership to prospective clients, aiming to meet or exceed both individual and team sales goals.
Building rapport with guests is key to understanding their vacation interests and needs, helping you recommend suitable packages, local attractions, and concierge-style services that enhance the overall customer experience. Staying informed about all current promotions, destination options, and product offerings is crucial to effectively communicate with guests and provide accurate information. To keep your skills sharp and knowledge up to date, you will have access to continuous training sessions designed to support your professional development.
