Utilizing a Salesforce-driven Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool known as ARES, the Territory Sales Representative will track leads, monitor sales progress, and close deals efficiently. This technological advantage enables the sales team to maintain a robust sales funnel and engage strategically with potential and existing clients. Regular interaction with Operational Hubs, including supervisors and drivers, facilitates a collaborative approach to account management and strategic sales planning.
In addition to sales responsibilities, this role requires strong interpersonal skills to foster customer relationships through effective communication and problem resolution. Representatives will work cross-functionally with internal departments to ensure client satisfaction and to implement company initiatives that enhance service delivery. Job Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Ability to prospect new customers through various methods
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Job Duties
- Selling commercial waste removal and recycling services to an array of businesses including retail, restaurants, office buildings, hotels, and industrial clients
- Prospecting of new accounts including calling on new customers door to door, telephone prospecting, joining business associations and networking groups, and using technology to create new sales leads
- Building a sales funnel utilizing the Salesforce driven CRM tool, ARES to track leads from the initial stages to the close of deals
- Being the main point of contact for a current book of business and interacting with those customers to develop relationships, grow revenue, execute service agreements and assist with their overall pricing and service needs and or concerns
- Spending time in Operational Hubs, interacting with Supervisors and Drivers to enhance overall strategic sales planning and account management
- Working with all internal departments to satisfy client requests, resolve customer issues and to execute company initiatives
