Job Duties
- Answering dealership phones
- greet and receive prospects and customers
- detailing legible messages
- greeting guest courteously
- directing guest to the correct department and notify the appropriate person that a guest is waiting
- working cooperatively with all departments
- typing and keeping reception area clean
