Job Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in the automotive industry
- Clean and valid driver's license
- Ability to present oneself professionally and courteously when interacting with customers
- Dependable and reliable
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods and work outside
- Ability to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles
- Willingness to submit and pass a drug test and background check
Job Qualifications
- One year of experience in a similar role and in the automotive industry
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer service experience preferred
- Professional appearance necessary
Job Duties
- Uses adequate equipment to ensure the cleanliness of every vehicle
- Direct customers to the correct department
- Notifies the appropriate individual that a customer is waiting
- Answer basic customer inquiries and refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person
- Inventory management
- Keep keys organized for easy quick retrieval
- Present a friendly, professional greeting to customers
- Perform other duties assigned by Sales Managers
