Job Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 lbs as needed
- comfortable working in outdoor and indoor environments
Job Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred)
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to help
- basic time management and multitasking skills
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle lot, showroom, and surrounding areas
- move, park, and arrange vehicles to ensure an orderly and visually appealing display
- inspect vehicles for cleanliness and coordinate washing/detailing when needed
- remove trash, debris, and hazards from the lot and facility grounds
- assist in preparing vehicles for customer viewing and delivery
- support the sales and management team with various tasks as needed
- help maintain cleanliness inside the dealership, including offices and customer areas
- follow safety procedures when operating and moving vehicles
