Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and every other weekend off
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Willingness to undergo continuous training and professional development
Job Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
- A passion for design and customer service
- Previous experience in sales or interior design preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic administrative and organizational abilities
Job Duties
- Engage customers by greeting them warmly and understanding their needs
- Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrations highlighting design features and customization options
- Close sales by guiding customers through purchasing, transactions, and delivery arrangements
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and assist with inquiries
- Manage administrative tasks including inventory updates, email and phone communications, and showroom maintenance
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
