Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and every other weekend off
  • Reliable transportation to and from the workplace
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
  • Willingness to undergo continuous training and professional development

Job Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training
  • A passion for design and customer service
  • Previous experience in sales or interior design preferred but not required
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Basic administrative and organizational abilities

Job Duties

  • Engage customers by greeting them warmly and understanding their needs
  • Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrations highlighting design features and customization options
  • Close sales by guiding customers through purchasing, transactions, and delivery arrangements
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and assist with inquiries
  • Manage administrative tasks including inventory updates, email and phone communications, and showroom maintenance
  • Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
