Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years experience in hotel sales coordination or administration
  • Knowledge of A/V technology and event support preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and event management software
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Job Qualifications

  • Current sales coordinator or sales administrator in a hotel
  • Familiar with hotel sales processes and group business
  • Exposure to A/V as part of hotel events
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams

Job Duties

  • Partner with hotel sales and clients to define A/V requirements
  • Translate client needs into detailed event orders for the Operations Manager
  • Build strong hotel relationships for repeat and referral business
  • Serve as the liaison between hotel sales teams and operations
  • Coordinate with A/V professionals for seamless event execution
  • Monitor event progress and resolve any client issues promptly
  • Support revenue growth through effective sales strategies
