Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience
  • Proficiency in general computer knowledge
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Availability to partake in Hyatt training programs and continuous learning
  • Capacity to manage multiple accounts and conduct site inspections
  • Commitment to achieving booking goals and property revenues

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge
  • Completion of a Hyatt Corporate Management Training Program or equivalent training preferred
  • Training in selling, negotiating, business writing, and presentation skills preferred
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Strong team collaboration skills

Job Duties

  • Sell blocks of group guest rooms
  • Sell meeting space and other Hyatt services to customer segments
  • Manage accounts and conduct site inspections
  • Generate new business through market segment initiatives
  • Prepare and present effective proposals
  • Utilize strategic quarterly sales road maps and Hyatt systems
  • Execute group contracts and participate in hotel initiatives and committees
  • Collaborate with sales, event, and support colleagues
