The Event Sales Manager role at Dave & Buster's Inc. Main Event Entertainment is critical for driving event revenue by strategically managing sales efforts through consultative selling, outbound prospecting, and client retention. The salary range for this position is between $59,931.48 and $70,508.02, along with generous benefits and bonus opportunities. Job Duties

  • Perform outbound lead-generating activities outside the building, including tabling, networking events, and go-sees with prospective and current customers
  • Develop and execute a local and outbound sales strategy to identify high-potential target customer segments and industries that would benefit from services
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team, providing mentorship, training, and support to ensure they achieve individual and team goals
  • Manage the full sales process cycle through prospecting, calls, and setting appointments
  • Monitor key performance metrics and market trends, adapting outbound sales strategies and tactics to stay ahead of the competition
  • Track and report progress on daily, weekly, and monthly outbound prospecting and sales goals in the CRM
  • Utilize the sales data warehouse platform to leverage regular communication with the client base and track all correspondence and communications
  • Partner closely with District Sales and Regional Sales Managers
