Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience preferably in related industry
- Demonstrated ability to sell value or solutions
- Ability to travel 50 to 70 percent of the workweek
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record
- Ability to lift, push, or pull materials up to 20 pounds
- Willingness to work extended schedules as required
- Strong computer skills for CRM and sales forecasting
- Ability to sit and work on computer for long periods
Job Qualifications
- High school degree required
- Bachelor degree in Business preferred
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience
- Proven experience in value and solution selling
- Knowledge of building successful account plans
- Ability to multitask effectively and handle stress professionally
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision
Job Duties
- Operate in compliance with all safety policies and maintain a safe driving record
- Achieve sales objectives set by Regional Sales Manager
- Develop new customers and achieve sales targets
- Maximize gross margin through market pricing and value selling
- Execute sales strategies for Key Accounts
- Consult to customers and develop trusted advisor relationships
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and update CRM tool
- Coordinate with account executives, sales managers, marketing, and senior leadership
- Participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties
