Candidates for this position should have experience in hotel sales or a related hospitality field, bringing knowledge of sales strategies, the use of digital sales systems, and proficiency in conducting sales calls and hotel tours. The Sales Manager will engage actively in internal meetings, training sessions, and planning activities to stay aligned with the company’s marketing plans and revenue goals. Being self-motivated, with excellent time management and organizational skills, is fundamental to thriving in this role.

Concord Hospitality offers a competitive salary range for this position, between $52,655.64 and $65,819.55 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and 401K options. Additionally, full-time associates enjoy tuition assistance, discounted room rates at Concord-managed hotels, and opportunities for ongoing training and career advancement.

This role not only demands professional expertise but also a collaborative spirit and entrepreneurial mindset. Concord Hospitality values teamwork and encourages employees to take ownership of their career development by advocating for growth opportunities and taking full advantage of the available training programs. With a commitment to diversity, inclusion, and work-life balance, Concord Hospitality provides a workplace that supports all associates in reaching their full potential.
