The company emphasizes sustainability, innovation, and a customer-first approach to hospitality, positioning itself as a leader in the industry while maintaining strong community and environmental values.
The Senior Sales Manager role at HHM is a key position responsible for driving revenue growth and managing important client accounts to optimize guest satisfaction and business development. Offering a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $80,000 per year, this full-time position plays a strategic role in maximizing sales opportunities through effective leadership and relationship management. The candidate will manage a sales team, ensuring they are coached, trained, and supported to meet brand and hotel standards in line with HHM's core values.
This role entails actively pursuing new and past business opportunities, employing professional sales techniques to negotiate terms that satisfy both internal and external customer requirements. As part of the responsibilities, the Senior Sales Manager will coordinate interdepartmental efforts to service accounts, maintain strong connections with key clients, and deliver persuasive presentations that highlight the benefits of the hotel. Local travel will be necessary to engage with potential clients personally, assess competitive positioning, and represent the hotel at various trade shows.
The position not only requires excellent sales acumen and leadership skills but also demands adherence to HHM's sustainability practices through its EarthView program. The work environment may include occasional holiday and weekend hours and requires physical tasks such as sitting for long periods, lifting up to 10 pounds, and using both hands and fingers for computer-related activities. Moderate travel between the hotel and client locations will also be part of the routine.
HHM values people and embraces its philosophies encapsulated as People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It. These principles reflect the company’s dedication to fostering a work culture that thrives on service excellence, agility, accountability, and a heartfelt commitment to guests and colleagues alike. The Senior Sales Manager role represents an excellent growth opportunity with a clear path toward higher leadership positions such as Director of Sales, Area Director of Sales, and Regional Director of Sales, ensuring continuous professional development within the company.
