Job Requirements
- Previous hotel sales or related sales experience required
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal driven
- Ability to build strong client relationships
- Comfortable with prospecting and developing new business
- Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Valid driver’s license required

Job Duties
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and market outreach
- Manage existing accounts and build long term client relationships
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements for group bookings
- Conduct site tours and represent the hotel to prospective clients
- Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful event and group execution
- Maintain accurate sales records, account details, and reporting
- Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and hotel marketing efforts
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
