Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of hotel sales experience
- Previous hotel group sales experience required
- Strong presentation, communication, and writing skills
- Experience with sales automation systems (Delphi FDC preferred) and PMS systems

Job Duties
- Generate new group business through research, prospecting, and proactive outreach
- Build and maintain relationships within the Association market and assigned accounts
- Analyze market trends and develop strategies to exceed revenue goals
- Implement targeted marketing initiatives to maximize lead conversion
- Differentiate the hotel by delivering strong customer value and service
- Partner with Hilton Worldwide Sales, local chambers, and industry intermediaries to grow business
- Develop and execute business plans for assigned markets
- Maintain an accurate, up to date pipeline aligned with short and long-term objectives
- Conduct tailored site inspections and present the hotel effectively
- Create proposals, negotiate and execute contracts, and manage customer requirements across rooms, F&B, and meeting space
- Ensure accurate account and booking data in Delphi FDC
- Participate in outside sales calls, trade shows, and customer events
- Execute strategies to shift market share from competitors
- Negotiate agreements that support hotel financial goals while strengthening client relationships
