The role also involves a high degree of data management, using tools such as Marriott's CRM system, Knowland, and Kalibri Labs to track bookings, market trends, and competitor strategies, ensuring informed decision-making that drives higher occupancy and average daily rate (ADR) figures.

Beyond sales activities, the Sales Manager embodies Aparium Hotel Group's philosophy of blending art and science, ensuring an exceptional hospitality experience through intuitive service and local cultural engagement. They must uphold the company’s core principles of People, Place, and Character, which emphasize collaboration, integrity, and a commitment to community.
