The Sales Manager role at The Capital Grille is a pivotal position designed to drive business growth through effective sales strategies and community outreach. This position requires a dynamic leader capable of planning and executing private and large party dining events, while also spearheading community marketing initiatives to increase the restaurant's visibility and patronage. The Sales Manager oversees the restaurant-level Host/Sales department operations, ensuring every aspect of the guest experience aligns with the brand's core values and principles.
