- outside sales experience
- one or more years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
- two or more years casual dining or full-service restaurant management preferred
- strong working knowledge of the community trade area
- stable job history demonstrating upward career progression

Job Duties
- build business through direct and indirect sales techniques including planning components of private and large party dining
- lead and manage restaurant level Host/Sales department operations
- model and demonstrate leadership grounded in core values and principles of Darden and The Capital Grille
- partner with Managing Partner and Executive Chef to ensure flawless event execution
- interact with individuals at all levels to direct efforts toward attaining company goals
