Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or related field preferred
  • minimum of 3 years experience in sales management preferably in hospitality
  • strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • valid driver's license
  • proficiency with sales and CRM software
  • excellent organizational skills

Job Duties

  • lead proactive sales efforts to optimize occupancy and ADR
  • maximize revenues and surpass hotel profit targets
  • achieve all sales objectives while upholding hotel standards and guest/client expectations
  • make quick decisions in fast-changing environments
  • address situational, factual, and interpersonal issues with analytical and creative solutions
  • demonstrate poise, confidence, and influence in interactions
  • communicate assertively prioritizing decisiveness over persuasion
  • delegate effectively focusing on goal attainment
  • work closely with General Manager and Regional Director of Sales
