Job Duties

  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and market outreach
  • Manage existing accounts and build long term client relationships
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and agreements for group bookings
  • Conduct site tours and represent the hotel to prospective clients
  • Work closely with operations teams to ensure successful event and group execution
  • Maintain accurate sales records, account details, and reporting
  • Participate in sales meetings, strategy sessions, and hotel marketing efforts
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
